Free scholarships for Camden residents

Birkbeck, University of London, in Bloomsbury, is offering two scholarship places to Camden residents for any of their undergraduate courses starting in October 2021. The deadline to apply is 18 June 2021.

Meanwhile, Hult International Business School, also in Bloomsbury, is offering Camden residents a fully-funded one-year intensive postgraduate Master of International Business degree – including practical experience with a social enterprise or small / medium-sized enterprise. The course starts in September 2021 and the deadline to apply is 21 May 2021.

Healthy Eating for Families

There are a number of free sessions being run in the coming months, to support children and families to make healthy lifestyle choices. Including:

Starting Solids – This free session supports parents of babies who have not yet started solid foods on when, what and how to start solids.

Starting Solids Next Steps – For parents / carers of babies who have started solids and would like to know how to move baby onto more textured foods and overcome challenges.

Families for Life Early Years - Sessions are for families with children aged 2 to 4 years, covering topics such as fussy eating and understanding sugar and labels.

Family Kitchen - Join our free 90-minute online cooking sessions! Available for families with children aged 5 to 11 years. Starts Wednesday 2 June, 4pm

Webinars and cookalongs – Pre-recorded educational sessions for the whole family to watch, in their own time.

Hopscotch Homecare urgently need Care Workers.

Hopscotch Homecare are a very caring,well-established and expanding care agency that has been providing care workers to clients in and around Camden for 20 years. We are looking for care workers who would like to help our clients to continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
